100 Cambridge Street features a 405 space internal parking garage that is open 24 hours per day and 365 days a year.  The garage offers a clean and secure environment for vehicles commuting to 100 Cambridge Street.  Access to the parking garage is off of Cambridge Street and located on Somerset Street.
 		  
 
Parking Guidelines & Reminders
 
To ensure the safety and proper use of our parking garage, please adhere to the following guidelines:
 
1.        Parking for Tenants, guests and visitors of 100 Cambridge Street
 
2.       Remember to always lock your vehicle and either remove or store out of view any valuables including cellular phones to reduce the chance of theft. 
 
3.       Please observe all directional, speed limit and stop signs throughout the parking area.
 
4.       Parking Attendants will be available to assist you in the parking garage.
 
5.       Overnight parking is permitted; to Beacon Hill Residents who have a resident sticker.
 
6.       Trailers and tow vehicles are not permitted in the parking areas.
 
7.     Handicap spaces are reserved only for persons with disabilities. Cars illegally parked in these areas are subject to citation and/or towing.
 
8.       All vehicles must be parked in designated stalls and may occupy only one space.
 
9.       This garage is a valet assist parking operation. This type of operation requires the attendant to obtain the keys to the vehicle in the valet spaces. The attendant uses a three-part ticket. One is issued as a claim check to the customer for the keys, one part is to be displayed on the vehicle dashboard, and the third is to remain with the keys.  The attendant will check the vehicle for any prior existing damage and note it on the appropriate part of the ticket. 
 
10.    The height of the garage entrance is 6’ 9”
 
11.    The garage is open and staffed 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
 		  
 
   
 
 
Handicap Spaces
 
Parking stalls reserved for handicapped individuals are clearly marked. As a reminder, do not park in these spaces unless you have a valid handicapped license.
